Chats being left on read
Proposed Solution
Reintroduce the Timewasters list. Previously, we restricted teams from using this list to prevent false additions. However, this led to genuine timewasters being left on read. By reintroducing the list, the team can exclude timewasters from mass messages, preventing them from entering the chat.
Lack of specific content on model pages causing chatters to misrepresent available content
Proposed Solution
Create a content request form for teams to complete whenever they lack content that clients are requesting.
Chatting style does not align with some models' personalities or communication preferences
Proposed Solution
Create a quarterly questionnaire for models to complete every 3 months. Questions will help the team better understand each model's preferred communication style.
Excessive use of emojis
Proposed Solution
Conduct quality control across all accounts to identify writers overusing specific emojis. Adjust the emoji bar on their Infloww interface. If a specific model has requested certain emojis, update accordingly (refer to questionnaire for preferences).
Low LTV across Nixlyn (Part 1)
Proposed Solution
1) Adjust her writing style and sales strategies. This will be marked as complete once $30 LTV is achieved. 2) private archive all posts that display her full ass. Reason: Majority of subs are subbing to her page because of her ass, which is fully visible all over her feed. Even fully explicit content is visible. This gives the client no need to purchase any content if they are getting it for free on her wall.
Increasing Nixlyn's LTV to $33 (Part 2)
Proposed Solution
Strategy to be determined upon completion of Part 1.

Increasing Charli's LTV to $33 (Part 2)
